Mothers Day card

GEEZ!!! I moved into my new craftroom several weeks ago but I'm still not set up, everything is a mess. I'm TRYING to really organize my space as I set things up. In the past its always been put that there and put this here and I'll organize it later cuz I really wanted to start crafting....and Guess what? Later never comes....LOL
Anyway, I had to pull some things out to make my Mom a card and I'm SUPER HAPPY how it came out:

The card is a 5 x 5 sq card and I did it on my Silhouette (the file is in the silhouette store) and the inside was done on my Cricut I used the MS Seasonal Cake and it was cut @ 4.09w x 3.38h.
Pretty Huh? I'd add some bling but I can't find them at this moment...LOL

YES!! You read it right!! I've tried everything I could find to try and cut material with the cricut and nothing worked for my machine. Every machine is different...I accepted that....I was SUPER DUPER EXCITED when "Lovethatbug" posted a tutorial on how she cut material and IT WORKED!!! follow her tutorial and see if it'll work for you... heres the link

OK OK, I did this for my Mom..She likes to quilt and she wanted to make an Easter banner, so I cut everything out for her and she decorated the eggs with her embroidrey machine and sewed everything on.
Heres the banner she made.

WARNING!!!! I have to SHARE my cricut now....My Mom is looking thru my booklets for "patterns" for other holidays....ROTFLOL!!! heck I might even get back into appliqueing...this was REALLY FUN!!

ROTFLOL!!! I finally got them done and they are in the mail as of today....
The silhouette is from A Childs Year cut at 4.60h and used SU dimentionals the card is embossed with the cuttlebug Snowflakes.
inside- Martha Stewart Seasonal Cake cart cut at 1.58h and ran thru the xyron. the "&" is from Lyrical Letters cut at .84h

Can't see Christmas for the trees

ROTFLOL!! This is what I'm taking into work for my co-workers..yep..I have to WORK Christmas day!!
The tree is from Tags Bags Boxes and more cut @ 5.75H(it will hold a bag of M&M's and a small candy cane) I used every color of green cardstock I had...LOL The ornaments are from the Christmas cart cut @ .69h with red metallic cardstock and a silver gel pen and applied w/glue dots.  Garland is from Gypsy Wanderings (shift-row 2 key 5) cut @ .25h I welded a bunch together till I had 11"(one for each box), I used gold glitter cardstock it was glued down with tom bow glue.  Star is from Martha Stewart Seasonal Cake cart cut @ 1.03h ran thru the xyron and dipped in SU Dazzleing Diamonds glitter and applied with SU dimentionals. The trunk is from George & Basic Shapes a rectangle cut at 3.50h x .95w, embossed w/cuttlebug Broken Branches and used Close to Cocoa cardstock and used the tape runner. On the back I used an ol stamp and heat embossed with White.
A LOT of work but it's worth it..HUH?
I cut the tree that had the slits on the side and I'll thread a ribbon thru it.

These are the halloween cards I sent out...I used a Childs Year cart, D'vine swirls to emboss. Oh and the envelope I made too..found the paper at HL. SUPER QUICK/EASY!!!
